Do I need an appointment?
Drop-offs are welcome during business hours — no appointment needed. Remote and on-site visits are scheduled, usually within the same week.
What areas do you serve?
Our shop is in League City, and we cover Galveston, Harris, and Brazoria counties for on-site visits. Remote support works anywhere with an internet connection.
How much will it cost?
Repairs are billed hourly (from $120/hr) with the first hour paid up front — it goes toward the work, or covers the diagnosis if you decide not to proceed. The PC Tune-Up is a flat $129.
How fast can you fix it?
Most drop-off repairs are done the same day, and remote sessions often start within the hour.
Do you work on both Mac and PC?
Yes — Windows and macOS, laptops and desktops, plus phones, networks, and small-business servers.
